Your brief is sent to the Farmer1st team. We read it, and come back to you with a first sketch of your service and questions to refine it. If the need is outside what we do, we tell you.

Who reads my answers?

The Farmer1st team members who prepare your sketch. Your brief is not shared with other companies and is not published. See the privacy notice.

How is my data used?

Only to understand your need and respond to you. The conversation and the generated brief are stored with your consent, processed by an AI model provider acting on our behalf, and kept for up to 24 months. Details are in the privacy notice.

Is it free?

Yes. The conversation and the first sketch of your service are free and carry no obligation.

Which languages can I use?

The assistant works in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Indonesian. Answer in the language you are most comfortable with.

Is the assistant making commitments on behalf of Farmer1st?

No. The assistant gives general information from our public website and helps structure your need. Scope, timing and pricing are only agreed with the team.
